BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer Moore Woods (soprano) is a singer, voice teacher, and singing voice specialist. She received her Master of Music from New York University as well her Post-Master's Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy with a specialization in vocology. She has taught as an adjunct voice instructor at NYU and currently manages her private voice studio. Productions include New York Lyric Opera Theatre's Die Zauberflöte (Papagena), Turandot (Virginia Opera Chorus), Der Fliegende Holländer (Virginia Opera Chorus), Sweet Charity (Helene), Urinetown! (Penelope Pennywise), and NYU's Broadway Smash: The Iconic Overtures (Grandma Addams). Performance venues include: Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, National Opera Center, Harrison Opera House, Frederick Loewe Theatre, Provincetown Playhouse, St. Bartholomew's Church, Dominion Energy Center, The Ferguson Center, The National, and The NorVA. Ms. Woods has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Kelli O'Hara, and Judy Collins.
